Counselling sessions:
Please let us know if you cannot keep your appointment with us. Someone else may be in need. If you miss two of your sessions and do not let us know then your slot will be offered to another person.
From us:
We will let you know in good time, circumstances permitting, if your counsellor cannot see you (illness, etc) and we will offer you an alternative appointment.
