Our Refunds Policy:
Should our book arrive in a damaged condition then please do let us know via e-mail or letter. Please return the book using a special delivery service and we will refund your purchase and the cost of your postage.
Should you want another book instead of a refund then we will send you out another book once we have the damaged one back from you with a refund to you for any extra postage costs incurred.
We will only refund postage if our book arrives in a damaged condition.
